Coaching engagements are confirmed by email or via the booking system once a deposit or session-block agreement is in place. New clients begin with an initial conversation and movement assessment before a programme is agreed.
Cancellation: please give as much notice as possible so the slot can be re-offered. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session at the practitioner's discretion.
Health screening: every new client completes a health questionnaire and movement screen. We may decline coaching where the screen identifies risk factors we are not equipped to manage safely, and refer you to a medical or allied-health practitioner where appropriate.
Scope: WA Performance is a personal training and S&C practice, not a medical service. Coaching does not constitute medical advice; please consult your GP for any clinical concern.
