Data we collect: contact details (name, email, phone) at enquiry; training history, injury and health-screening information, performance data captured during coaching, and (with explicit consent) progress photographs.

How we use it: programme design, technical-form review, scheduling, payment processing, and legally required record-keeping. We never sell data, and we never share with third parties for marketing.
