Getting started
Have a sense of your current training routine, the equipment you can access, and your weekly schedule before the first conversation — hybrid coaching is calibrated to clients who already train independently. For your monthly in-person session, wear standard training clothing with flat-soled shoes for compound lifts and bring a water bottle.

Progress is reviewed at the fortnightly check-in and reset at the monthly in-person session, where technique is refined and the next block is planned. Between touchpoints, log your sessions in the app so adjustments are made on real data rather than recall.

If you can train safely on your own but want a tailored programme, regular accountability, and a monthly in-person session to keep your technique sharp, hybrid fits. It is the middle ground between full 1-2-1 personal training and purely online coaching, built for busy people who already know the basics.
How does the in-person session fit with the app programme?
One PT session a month is reserved for technical attention to detail — Will watches you lift, refines technique, and sets up the next block. The remaining weeks run as a tailored programme through the app, so the in-person time goes on what genuinely needs an eye in the room, not routine training you handle yourself.
How often will I hear from Will between sessions?
A fortnightly check-in is built into the service. Every two weeks you review progress, raise questions about training or lifestyle, and adjust the programme together. Between check-ins the app holds your sessions and lets you log what you do, so Will has the context to make informed adjustments at each touchpoint rather than guessing.
Do I need my own gym access?
Yes — hybrid coaching assumes you can train independently in a gym or well-equipped space for the app-delivered sessions. The monthly in-person session takes place in a private facility in Marylebone or Mayfair, or by concierge visit to your own home or private gym. Your programme is tailored to the equipment you actually have.
How much does hybrid coaching cost?
