Where do you train clients?
I coach in private, state-of-the-art facilities in Marylebone and Mayfair, central London, and offer a concierge service for clients who prefer to train in their own home or private gym across Marylebone, Mayfair, and Wimbledon. Hybrid and online clients train wherever they live — programmes run through my app with weekly or fortnightly check-ins, so location is never a constraint.
Which service is right for me — 1-2-1, hybrid, or online?
1-2-1 personal training is the gold standard if you want hands-on coaching every session. Hybrid suits time-poor but competent clients who need periodic technical oversight plus a structured programme. Online is for those already well-established in the gym who want intelligent programming and weekly accountability without the in-person time commitment.
Do I need to be in shape before starting?
No. I work with a range of clients — from athletes and young professionals to high achievers returning to training after long gaps. The starting point is wherever you are today. Programmes are built around your current capacity and lifestyle, not against an idealised standard you should already meet.
How often should I train each week?
For most clients, two to three full-body strength sessions per week return the highest investment. The right number depends on your goals, schedule, and recovery capacity. We agree the cadence at the assessment stage and adjust as your training history with me builds.
What can I expect from my first session?
A short conversation about your training history, injuries, lifestyle, and what you want from coaching, followed by some movement and strength assessment. You leave with a clear sense of how the programme will be structured, what your first phase will focus on, and how progress is reviewed.
