Online coaching assumes you are already well-established in the gym, so come ready to train independently. Before starting, note your goals, your typical weekly schedule, and the equipment you have access to at your gym or home setup, so the first programme is built around your real resources rather than assumptions.

Progress is reviewed at your weekly check-in, where you raise questions on training and lifestyle and the programme is adjusted. Log every session in the app so adjustments are made on real data. Programming progresses across the three-month block as your demonstrated capacity supports it.

How does the programme reach me?

How often will I speak with Will?
A weekly check-in is offered to answer any questions about the programme and your lifestyle habits. It is the core touchpoint of the online relationship — a regular point to review how training has gone, raise anything that is not working, and keep the plan moving forward. It keeps you accountable between sessions you run on your own.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes — online coaching runs to a three-month minimum. Intelligent programming compounds over months, not weeks, and the three-month horizon lets Will build progression on a solid base rather than chase short-term wins. Most worthwhile training adaptations take eight to twelve weeks of consistent work to materialise, which is why the block is structured that way.
