Who I work with
WA Performance is a private coaching practice for executives, athletes, high-net-worth individuals, and their families — people who hold themselves to a high standard in every area of life and expect the same from those they work with. Every client receives a fully bespoke programme, built from scratch around their physiology, their ambitions, and the realities of their lifestyle. A deliberately limited roster means everyone receives genuinely exceptional attention.
How I got here
I built WA Performance around a simple but uncompromising standard: every client deserves coaching that is truly exceptional. That foundation was set at St Mary's University, Twickenham, where I completed a BSc in Strength & Conditioning (2016–2019), before working across elite sport and private training — from QPR FC and Bounce Gym Wimbledon to a client base spanning medicine, law, and business. What that experience taught me is that the people who achieve the most remarkable results treat their health as a serious investment, not an afterthought.
My method
Every relationship begins the same way. First I assess where you are today — training history, injury background, movement quality, strength, and the lifestyle around it all. From that baseline I personalise a programme built around your body and your week, never a template. Then we progress only when your capacity supports it: load is earned, technique is corrected in real time, and accountability holds the work together across months, not weeks. Training, nutrition, sleep, and recovery are coached as one system, because lasting results require the complete picture.

Joint mobility and range of motion. Lifting technique and movement quality. Strength development and muscle gain. Body composition. Training within comfortable, pain-free ranges and building resilience around old niggles. Bespoke programming and intelligent load management. Nutrition strategy and guidance. Cardiovascular fitness and energy system development. Lifestyle optimisation — accountability, habits, and long-term support. And specialist referral when the right answer sits outside my scope, including women's health, physiotherapy, and dental services.
