Yes. Will coaches clients across a wide age range, building strength and mobility appropriate to each person. Training is scaled to your starting capacity and any medical considerations, with the aim of keeping you strong, mobile, and confident in your body for the long term.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
Programmes are individualised and load is managed carefully around your history. Where a condition or injury sits outside coaching scope, Will works alongside your medical team and refers you to the right specialist rather than working around it — your safety comes first.
